How are the programmes delivered?
Programmes are delivered in a blended virtual format, combining live webinars, leadership roundtables and peer forums. The structure is designed to mirror the depth and interaction of in-person learning, with high levels of collaboration, discussion, application and feedback.
What is the weekly time commitment?
Expect to invest 4–5 hours per week on core content, plus 2–3 hours applying the learning to real business challenges. The balance between learning and application ensures immediate, practical use not just passive learning.
What kind of support will I receive?
Each participant is guided by a Programme Director. All programmes have one-on-one coaching built into the programme fee as part of the programme which provides focused development and deeper reflection as the programme progresses. This is a game changer for participants.
Will I collaborate with other participants?
Peer learning is a cornerstone of our programmes. Participants engage in structured discussion, group projects and forums drawing insight from experienced professionals across sectors. Our Alumni access extends these connections beyond the programme.
How long will I have access to materials?
You will retain access to core content for 6 months after completing the programme.
Is coaching or mentoring included?
Professional coaching is built into the programme and delivered by senior industry senior executives. Confidential, practical and focused on real business scenarios and challenges, it supports goal setting, action planning, reflection, commercial acumen and leadership growth. Mentoring may also be available through our extended network.
Our programme coaches are seasoned professionals with deep experience in executive leadership, human resources, and business strategy. How do I apply?
Complete our short registration form. A Programme Director will schedule a brief conversation with you to discuss your goals and ensure that the programme is the right fit and aligns with your leadership objectives. Places are limited – early application is strongly recommended.
Can I speak with someone before applying?
We encourage prospective participants to connect with us in advance. Submit an enquiry for and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss programme options aligned with your goals and answer any questions.
What are the requirements to successfully complete the program and earn a certificate?
Active participation and timely completion of all programme components are required for certification. This includes full engagement in sessions and submission of all assignments within deadlines.
What if I miss sessions or fall behind?
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, exceptions can be considered but these must be communicated proactively and approved by the Programme Director.
Repeated absences or delays disrupts the cohort experience and may affect your eligibility for certification. The Programme Director reserves the right to withdraw participants who do not meet the required attendance standards.
Can I defer or transfer to another programme?
You may defer once to the next available cohort of the same programme. Deferrals beyond that point are not permitted, and if you do not attend the deferred programme your place and fees will be forfeited. Transfers to different programmes are considered case-by-case and must be approved by the Programme Director. Decisions are final.

What does the programme fee include?
The fee covers all online tuition, one-to-one-coaching, course materials, live webinars, guest sessions, peer forums, membership to the Leadership Accelerator Alumni and access to digital resources throughout the programme.
Are fees refundable?
Programme fees are non-refundable. You may defer once to the next available cohort within 12 months, or in exceptional cases, request a transfer to a different programme, both subject to approval. After this period, fees are forfeited. Please enrol only if you are ready to fully commit.
We encourage participants to carefully consider their availability and commitment prior to enrolling as places are limited and demand is high.
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Leadership Accelerator Academy issued in collaboration with the Swiss Management School. This can be shared on platforms such as LinkedIn and added to your professional portfolio.
